Description

This is a two-storey building, possibly dating back to the 17th century. It is located on Northcourt Road in Northcourt. The building was originally listed as numbers 14 and 16. It features a central brick chimney stack. The upper storey is rendered, while the lower storey is brick and painted. Both the front and rear elevations have been rebuilt. The windows are modern; the first floor has two-light metal casements with glazing bars, each set under a small wooden hood. The ground floor windows are simple two-light metal casements. The entrance has a plain door and a flat arch above it. A painted plinth is also visible. Numbers 14 to 20 (even), together with the premises occupied by the Spread Eagle public house, form a group of buildings.
