Description

Vine Cottage is a house, likely built in the early 18th century. It features red brick construction with an old plain-tile roof and brick stacks at both ends. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range. At the center, there is a six-panel door topped with a segmental brick head. On either side of the door, there are three-light casements on both the ground and first floors, also with segmental brick heads. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves. Inside, there is a straight-flight staircase with winders at the base, leading from the ground to the first floor. The ground floor has open fireplaces on the left and right, and the spine beams and joists are visible. The first floor features wide floorboards.
