The building features a stone uncoursed rubble plinth, red brick construction, and an old plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. It has a double-depth plan and stands three stories tall with a three-window range. The entrance is a six-panel part-glazed door located at the center, flanked by three-light segmental-headed casements on the ground and first floors, both with segmental brick heads. There is also a two-light segmental-headed casement in the center of the first floor, which has a segmental brick head. A brick dentil course is present at the eaves.
