Description

Pond House is an 18th-century house located on Drayton High Street. It features a stone uncoursed rubble plinth and red brick construction with flared headers in Flemish bond, topped by an old plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. The building is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. The central entrance consists of a four-panel part-glazed door, which is sheltered by an early open porch. On either side of the door are three-light casements with painted segmental brick heads. A flat brick band runs below the eaves, and there are two gabled dormers, each with two-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
