Description

A farmhouse, likely dating from the mid-18th century, now divided into two separate dwellings. The building is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings, topped with an old plain-tile roof. It has a brick end stack on the left and a ridge stack positioned to the right of the centre. The facade is arranged with two storeys and a three-window arrangement. A 19th-century panelled door is located to the left of the centre, featuring a segmental brick arch over it. The ground floor has three-light casement windows with segmental brick heads, the left and centre windows having flanking shutter recesses. A flush grey brick band runs between the ground and first floors. The first floor also features three-light casement windows with segmental brick heads. A dentil brick course is visible at the eaves. The interiors have not been inspected.
