Description
Sinclaires is a building located in Great Faringdon Market Place, dating from the early 19th century. It features a cement rendered front, which may be built on an earlier structure. The building is three stories high and has a low pitched slate roof with eaves. The south end wall has a brick stack, and the building includes quoins, string courses, plain raised window surrounds, and a rusticated door surround.
The front has a three-window range of glazing bar sash windows. On the ground floor, there are two large three-sided splayed bay windows with glazing bar sash windows, with the north side bay being a modern matching copy of the south side. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door. At the rear, the building has a gabled design made of rubble stone and brick.
