Description
This is an 18th-century house located in Great Coxwell. It is constructed of rubble stone with brick dressings and has a thatched roof, featuring decorative brick ridge and end stacks. The house is one storey high with an attic, and comprises four bays. It has eyebrow dormers with six-pane two-light casements, and ground floor windows with two-light leaded panes. A glazed door is set within a modern pantiled porch, and a rectangular bay with leaded lights has been added to the left. Other features include an early 19th-century bell pull and a carriage lantern. Inside, a newel staircase is located in the room to the north, and the roof structure displays exposed trusses, collars, and tiebeams.
