Description
Kingstoncommon Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed from uncoursed chalk and sarsen rubble, featuring brick quoins and dressings. The building has a stone slate roof and brick stacks, with a double-depth plan. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range. A 20th-century flat hood and a segmental brick arch sit above a four-panelled door with an overlight. The windows are 20th-century three-light casements with brick segmental arches and dressings. There is a brick plinth course, a storey band, and an eaves band with wood modillion eaves. The house has two gabled dormers that were rebuilt in the 20th century, and a hipped roof with intended stacks at the rear. The rear of the building has three storeys and features one early 19th-century three-light wood-mullioned casement. The interior has not been inspected.
