Description

No. 2 Oak Road is an early 18th century cottage made of limewashed rubble stone, topped with a gabled thatched roof. Originally, the cottage featured a brick stack at the southwest end and has been extended to the northeast, resulting in a one-storey and attic structure with a three-bay facade facing the road. It includes three eyebrow dormers with two and three-light wood casements, as well as similar windows on the ground floor, all set under wooden lintels. A 20th-century plank door is located between the first and second bays.
