Description

Ivy Cottage is an early 18th century cottage that has been converted into one dwelling. It is constructed of limewashed rubble stone, with brick and timber used in the dormers, and features a hipped thatched roof with two brick stacks at the ridge. The cottage is one storey with an attic and has a three-window range. The dormer windows have six-pane leaded casements, and there are leaded casements on the ground floor as well. The entrance door is located on the right side, sheltered by a 20th-century stone-tiled porch. Despite extensive modernisation, the house retains its architectural quality.
