Description
The White House is a 17th-century building located on the south side of Shrivenham High Street. It is constructed of rubble stone with cement dressings and features a steeply pitched gabled roof covered in Bradstone tiles, along with two brick chimneys, one of which is centrally located. Originally designed as a range of two houses, it has been converted into a single dwelling. The north front facing the road is two storeys high and consists of three bays, all fitted with sash windows that have four panes each. The entrance door is located in the second bay from the left and has six panels, set within an architrave that features reeded jambs and a flat hood above.
