Description

These stables, located approximately 20 meters north of Coltons, date from the early 18th century. They are constructed of coursed limestone rubble and feature a stone slate roof. The building is one storey high and has a two-window range. There is a central plank door with a segmental brick arch and jambs. To the right of the door is a larger 18th-century two-light leaded casement window, and to the left is a similar but smaller casement window. The roof is gabled. The interior has not been inspected. These stables are included for their group value.
