Description

These are a group of early 19th century cottages located on Coxwell Street, Great Faringdon. The cottages are built of painted rubble stone with slate roofs and have two brick ridge stacks. Each cottage is one window wide and includes a front door. The ground floor windows have openings with cambered brick heads, featuring casements and a sash window in number 46. First-floor windows have brick sides and casements, with one original iron-framed casement with leaded lights in number 46. The cottages have plank doors. A plain tiled catslide roof extends to the rear.
