Description

Old Thatch is a 17th-century building constructed from limewashed rubble stone, featuring a brick attic and brick quoins, topped with a thatched roof that is gabled at the east end and half-hipped at the west end. It has one storey and an attic. The northwest front facing the road includes a 20th-century gabled thatched and glazed porch with a 20th-century door positioned to the right. There is a central eyebrow dormer with a six-pane, two-light casement window above the wooden wall plate, and to the left, a two-light six-pane casement window sits under a wooden lintel next to a small four-pane window on the ground floor.
