Description

Ham Lodge is a lodge, now a house, dated 1833 as indicated by a graffito on the brickwork. It is constructed of random bond red brick with an old tile roof and a brick stack. The lodge has an octagonal plan and stands two storeys high. Architectural features include segmental arches over a 19th-century plank door and two-light leaded casements. The roof is pyramidal, with a lateral stack. A mid-19th century single-storey wing extends to the left, built of limestone rubble and 20th-century brick, with a gabled old tile roof, and was remodelled in the late 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
