Description
This building is an office located approximately 20 meters southwest of Cantorist House, originally constructed as stables around 1900. It features squared and coursed chalk with a stretcher bond brick wall in the central recessed bay, topped with a stone slate roof. The structure has a three-unit plan and is designed in the Arts and Crafts style. It is a single-storey building with a three-window range. Each of the splayed walls has a ribbed door and a stable door, leading to the central recessed bay which contains two-light windows, with the central window being leaded. The roof is half-hipped with gablets, and there are two louvred ridge ventilators, each with a stone slate gabled roof. This building is included for its group value.
