House on site of mill. C17. Timber-framed, framing with diagonal braces; thatched roof, chalk and brick stacks. 1 1/2 - storey, 2-window range. 2-unit plan. C20 porch and door to left, C20 casements; gabled roof; chalk end stack projects from right gable wall. Interior not inspected. Mid C19 rear wing: brick, slate roof; 2 storey, segmental arches over C20 casements; dentilled eaves; gabled roof. Late C20 extension to rear gable wall.
