Description

The Malthouse is a house, likely built in the mid-17th century. It is constructed of red brick and features an old plain-tile roof that is hipped to the right. There is a brick ridge stack located to the left of the center. The house probably follows a three-unit lobby-entry plan and has two stories with a five-window range. A 20th-century glazed door is positioned to the left of the center, accompanied by a 20th-century open porch. The windows exhibit irregular fenestration with casements. On the left side, there is timber-framing with brick infill. The interior has not been inspected.
