Description
34 and 35 Park Street are a pair of townhouses, likely built in the early 18th century and refronted in the late 18th century. They are constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings. The roof is not visible, but there is a brick end stack on the left and a ridge stack to the right of center. The buildings are two stories high and feature a five-window range.
In the center, there are panelled double-leaf carriage doors leading to a basket-arched carriageway. To the left and right of the center, there are six-panel doors with fanlights and round-arched heads. On the left side, there is a 12-pane unhorned sash window with a cambered brick head, while a 20th-century two-light wood casement window is located on the right. A flat brick band separates the ground and first floors. The first floor has 12-pane unhorned sash windows with cambered brick heads on the left and center, and a blind panel to the left of center. There are two 20th-century wood casement windows on the right in their original openings. The buildings have a deep plain parapet. The interiors have not been inspected.
