Description
Ipsden House is a house from the early 18th century, with a front added in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with brick end stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan and consists of two storeys and an attic, with a three-window range. The central entrance has a sash door framed by a wooden architrave and a flat hood supported by curved brackets. There are likely early 20th-century bay windows on both the left and right sides. The first floor has three 12-pane sash windows, and the eaves are parapeted. The front also includes three dormers with open pediments. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is expected to be of interest. To the left of the main house, there is a subsidiary two-storey wing featuring Gothick windows.
