Description
Dean Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It has a flint base and is constructed of red brick with grey headers, topped with a plain tile roof and brick end stacks. The building likely follows a two-unit plan and is two stories high, featuring a five-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel part-glazed door framed by a moulded wood surround. All openings have cross-windows, with segmental brick arches above the ground floor windows. There is a flat band running between the ground and first-floor windows, and the eaves are moulded brick. The interior has not been inspected. To the left of the main structure, there is a single-storey wing that includes a three-light casement window on the left and a six-panel part-glazed door on the right.
