Description

This is a late 18th century house, likely built upon an earlier structure. The front of the building has a rendered plinth, with a chamfered, rusticated render on the ground floor, probably applied to a brick core. The upper floors are lined with render, likely also on brick. The roof is not visible, and there are brick end stacks. The house is three stories high with a two-window front. The central entrance features a six-panel door with an overlight, flanked by stone Doric pilasters supporting a triangular pediment. All windows are tripartite sashes without glazing bars. A flat rendered band separates the ground and first floors. The interior has not been inspected. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding properties.
