Description
These outbuildings, located approximately 10 meters west of the farmhouse at The Farm in Great Haseley, are likely from the 18th century. They are constructed of limestone rubble with some sections of weatherboarding and feature an old plain tile roof. The buildings form an L-shaped range. The main section is a three-bay cattle shed with a loft above. The front of this shed has a wide stable door and a three-light window to the left. Inside, the roof is supported by a single row of butt purlins.
To the right, there is a section that returns towards the farmhouse, which is partly weatherboarded and has a stable door. This section is built into the bank and has a roof with an unequal pitch. At the end of this range is a taller two-bay building, which may have served as a bakehouse. It features a plank door and a three-light casement window, along with a brick gable stack on the left side. The interior includes a queen-post truss. These outbuildings are included for their group value with the farmhouse.
