Description

Rosebank Cottage is a small house, probably built in the early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone and features a thatched roof with a brick gable stack. The house has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys tall. The front of the cottage has three 2-light casement windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor, along with an additional casement in a bay to the right, which is part of a one-storey plus attic structure that includes a gable entrance. There is a projecting stone stack on the left gable wall, which is adjacent to a thatched single-storey rear wing. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to have an exposed floor structure. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
