Description
Setterfields is a farmhouse, now a house, inscribed with "IW 1772" above the door. It is built of Flemish bond red brick and features a hipped old tile roof with brick rear lateral external stacks. The building has a 2-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range. The entrance has a 20th-century plank door topped by a 20th-century hood. There are segmental arches over late 19th-century three-light casements and one two-light casement above the door. The eaves are dentilled. Inside, there are 18th-century two-panelled doors and chamfered beams, along with a late 18th-century fireplace to the left and a plank door to the right. The staircase is a dog-leg design with stick balusters.
