Description
Mill Farmhouse is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It features a timber frame with painted brick infill and a thatched hipped roof, along with a brick ridge stack located to the right of the center. The building may have originally been a hall house and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a three-window range. There are plank doors on either side of the center, with a three-light casement window in the middle and two-light casements on the sides. A swept dormer is positioned at the center of the roof. The right-hand return has wattle and daub infill, while the left return displays a cruck truss. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
