Description

A row of seven houses, with a later house to the right, likely built in the mid-18th century and subsequently altered. The houses are constructed of red brick with grey brick headers in a Flemish bond pattern, and have old plain-tile roofs. Brick ridge stacks are present, with an end stack on the right-hand side. The houses have a double-height, eight-window facade. A four-panel door is located on the left-hand side, alongside a 20th-century porch. Two sash doors are centrally positioned, followed by two four-panel doors sheltered by a 19th-century gabled porch on the right side of the centre. A 20th-century six-panel door with an overlight and flat hood is to the right of this porch, and a double plank door leads to an archway. The windows are 2-light casements with segmental brick heads, except for a flat-roofed angled bay to the right of the centre, and two 16-pane sashes with segmental brick heads on the first floor to the right. A dentil course runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.

To the right of the row is a likely late 18th-century house, also constructed of red brick with grey brick headers in a Flemish bond pattern, and with an old plain-tile roof and a brick end stack on the left. It is a two-storey, two-window range building, featuring a central four-panel door with a 20th-century brick porch. The windows are 2-light casements with segmental brick heads. The interior of this house has not been inspected.
