Description

Moulsford Grange is a house dating from the late 17th century, with a 20th-century addition on the right. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers in a Flemish bond pattern and features an old plain-tile double-depth roof that is half-hipped to the left, along with brick ridge stacks. The building is two stories high and has a four-window range that is positioned at right angles to the street. The central entrance consists of a six-panel part-glazed door with a fan-light and flanking single lights. To the left and right, there are late 19th-century bays with sash windows and hipped plain-tile roofs. The first floor has four 16-pane sash windows.

On the left return, the building has two stories and an attic with a three-window range. There is a bricked doorway in the center, with French windows on both sides. A moulded brick band runs between the ground and first floors. The first floor features a 12-pane sash window in the center, with 16-pane sashes on the left and right. The attic has a single leaded-light window in the center of the half-gable, with two-light leaded casements on either side. The interior has not been inspected. The 20th-century addition on the right is also two stories high and has a two-window range. Additionally, there is an attached boundary wall made of red brick with half-round coping.
