Description
Pond Farm Cottage and an adjoining cottage are likely late 17th century, with later modifications. The cottages are constructed of flint with brick detailing on the ground floor, and timber framing with brick infill above. They have a plain tile roof and a brick ridge stack. The layout follows a baffle-entry plan. The cottages present a two-storey, three-window facade. A plank door is located to the right of centre, protected by a 20th-century porch with a tiled lean-to roof. The window openings are irregular and mostly contain wooden casements.
