Description

This is a 17th-century building located on Friday Street. The ground floor is stuccoed, while the upper portion is covered in tiles. It has a steeply pitched roof covered in old tiles and a very large old chimney on its eastern side. The building is approximately one and a half storeys high. The ground floor features a reproduction bow window with simulated glazing bars and modern doors. Above, a dormer window with four lights breaks through the eaves. The building is described as picturesque. It forms a group with several neighbouring properties, including numbers 5 to 35 (odd), 45 to 65 (odd), Old Timbers, Friday Cottage, number 73, numbers 4 and 6, number 10, numbers 14, 14A and 16, numbers 54 and 56, The Anchor Hotel, and Baltic Cottage and Baltic House opposite.
