Description

Greystone is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century, constructed of coarse-jointed ashlar. It likely features a central-stair plan and stands two storeys tall. The symmetrical front has three windows and includes a plinth, a storey band, and a plain parapet above a band. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a simple canopy, flanked by 16-pane sash windows. On the first floor, similar sash windows flank a 12-pane sash. All windows have incised keyblocks. The shallow-pitched roof is concealed but has brick stacks on either side. The interior has not been inspected.
