Description

This barn, located approximately 30 meters northeast of Rectory Farmhouse, dates from the early to mid-18th century, and may be even older. It is constructed from limestone rubble with squared quoins and features a plain-tile roof. The barn has a four-bay plan and includes opposed full-height doors positioned to the right of the center. There is a plinth with a chamfered offset visible at the left end, and the left gable wall contains six small square ventilation openings. The roof appears to have been lowered in pitch. The interior has not been inspected. This barn is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby Rectory Farmhouse.
