Description
Howberry Wood Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 17th century. It is constructed of knapped flint with red brick dressings and features an old plain-tile roof, with an internal brick stack located to the right of the center. The building has a double-depth plan and is two stories high, with a three-window range. The central entrance has a six-panel door topped by a flat hood. On either side of the door, there are three-light wood casements with segmental brick heads. A flat brick band runs between the ground and first floors. On the first floor, there is a two-light wood casement in the center, flanked by three-light wood casements on the left and right. The interior has not been inspected.
