Description
Nettlebed Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, that likely dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of flint with red brick dressings and features a plain tile roof with a brick stack. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, displaying a five-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel part-glazed door topped with an over-light, and there is a 20th-century lattice porch with a lead hipped roof. The ground and first floors have four wood mullion and transom windows, and there is a flat brick band between these floors. The first floor features five two-light casements with leaded lights, and there are two hipped full dormers. A central ridge stack is present. The interior has not been inspected.
