Description
No. 25 High Street is a house that likely dates back to the 16th century, with an 18th-century front and 19th-century windows. The front is made of rendered brick, while the right side is constructed from rubble stone, topped with a plain tile roof and featuring brick stacks. The building is two stories tall and has five windows across its façade.
The central entrance consists of a six-panel door that has a moulded wood surround and a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. On the ground floor, there are two four-pane horned sash windows. To the left of the entrance is a plank door, and to the right is a four-panel half-glazed door with a rectangular overlight above it. The first floor features four four-pane horned sash windows, with a central blind recessed panel. At the rear, there is a stack and a gabled wing that includes buttresses at the ground floor. The interior has not been inspected.
