Description
The Little Manor is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 17th century. It is constructed of red brick with random grey brick headers and features an old plain-tile hipped roof, with a brick end stack and a ridge stack positioned to the right of the center. The building has a three-unit lobby entry plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. There is a six-panel door with a flat hood located to the right of the center, a four-pane sash window to the left, and tripartite sashes to the left of center and on the right. The first floor has three 3-light wood casements.
Inside, there is a chamfered spine beam and an ovolo spine beam on the ground floor, with blocked open fireplaces located on the right and center of the ground floor. A 18th-century corner cupboard on the right side of the ground floor features an open triangular dentil pediment at the top, a round-topped panelled door, shaped shelves inside, and a half-dome painted with a sea shell and lion mask in black and gold.
