Description

This is a wall, probably from the 18th century, located approximately 20 meters southwest to about 60 meters west of Milton Lodge in Great Milton. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a flat coping. The wall stands about 3 meters high and extends from the forecourt of Milton Lodge to a cottage to the north. It plays an important role in the street's appearance, visually connecting Milton Lodge and Sunnybank House. This wall is included for its group value.
