Description
No. 7 High Street is a cottage that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early 18th century and features 19th-century additions and 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed of red brick with flint panels and red-brick dressings on the left side. It has an old plain-tile roof and brick ridge stacks. The cottage is two storeys high and has a three-window range. There is a 20th-century door in the centre with a segmental arched head and another 20th-century door to the right, also with a segmental arched head. The windows are irregularly arranged and consist of 20th-century designs fitted into the original openings. To the left, there is a half-hipped cross-gable, and to the right, there is a cross-gable. The interior has not been inspected.
