Description

The Brewhouse is a 19th-century building that has undergone some alterations in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features an old plain-tile hipped roof with a wooden louvred vent at the center of the ridge. The building stands two stories tall and has a 15-window range that is positioned at right angles to the street. There is a 20th-century door located to the left of the center, and all openings are fitted with 20th-century metal casements. The original roof structure is noted as a significant feature. The Brewhouse is included for its group value within the area.
