Description

Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1767, with an extension added in the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble and features a stone-slate roof with brick gable stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high. The symmetrical front has three windows, each with two-light windows that have stone lintels and 20th-century leaded casements. The central door and datestone are obscured by a 20th-century rubble porch. At the rear, there is a later parallel range that resembles the front but has wider three-light casements in the outer bays. The interior has not been inspected.
