These barns, located approximately 30 meters northeast of Well Place Farmhouse, are likely from the early 18th century. They feature a brick base with large timber framing and are covered by a plain tile roof. The structure is a 5-bay aisled barn with double plank doors leading to a hipped midstrey situated to the right of the center. Inside, there is a queen strut roof.
