Description
Garsons Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th century, with later alterations. It has a flint base and is constructed of red brick with areas of grey brick, topped by a plain tile roof and featuring brick stacks. The building has two storeys on the right and a single storey with an attic on the left, presenting a three-window range. There is a ribbed door to the right of the centre and a plank door to the left of the centre. To the left, there are two 4-light casements, a 3-light casement in the centre, and a single-light casement to the right. A gabled dormer is located on the first floor to the left, with a 3-light casement in the centre and two single-light casements to the right. The right side has two cross gables, with an end stack to the cross-gable on the right and a ridge stack to the left of centre, along with an end stack to the left. The right return features a two-storey, two-window range with horizontal sashes on the first floor. The rear showcases timber framing with brick infill on the first floor and queen post cross-gables to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
