Description

White Shutters is a house that dates from the 17th century, with a likely mid-18th century extension and a 20th century addition. The ground floor on the left is constructed of 17th century red brick, featuring red brick with grey headers, and has a plain tile roof with a brick stack on the right side. The house has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. The central entrance is a plank door, and all openings have 3-light casements. Inside, the left side of the ground floor retains a 17th century timber frame with a chamfered spine beam in the ceiling. The 20th century extension on the left also has a two-story, two-window range.
