Description

The University Registry Annexe, located at No. 74 on High Street, was built in 1887 at the northwest corner of Merton Street. It was designed by Sir T G Jackson for the Delegacy of Non-Collegiate Students and is constructed from Doulting stone. The building is in the Elizabethan style and features two storeys with three gables. It has three and four light windows that are fitted with leaded lattices, and it is topped with a stone tiled roof. The building is currently used by the Delegates for the Examination of Schools. All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
