Description

Pembroke College's Staircase 12, which dates back to 1485, is part of a building formerly listed as No 25, Pembroke Street. It has an 18th-century appearance and closely resembles No 25 Pembroke Street. The structure is three stories high, featuring stucco walls with a brick front on the ground floor. The ground floor has a tripartite sash window, while the upper floors have two sash windows, all of which include glazing bars. There is a plain doorway with a rectangular fanlight above it. The building has a modern slate mansard roof, which has altered the original roof line.
