Description
36 and 37 Pembroke Street is a house and offices built in the 18th century. The building features a central coachway that leads to a yard at the back. It is three stories tall and has a stuccoed timber-framed front. The first floor is adorned with a moulded wood cornice, and there is a small parapet above it. The ground floor includes sash windows and two doorways, one on each side of the coachway, both with six-panel doors. The first floor has five tall sash windows in moulded wood frames with cornices, while the second floor has six sash windows, also in moulded wood frames. The rear of the building is stuccoed, and all sash windows have glazing bars. Nos 36 to 39 Pembroke Street form a group.
