Description

Nos 3 and 4 Wellington Place are a pair of early 19th-century stuccoed villas. They are three stories tall and feature a moulded cornice along the top, with a Welsh slate roof and roughcast end stacks. The façade includes double side pilasters and a pair of pilasters in the center. On the first and second floors, there are two sash windows set within moulded frames.
