Description
No 6 Oriel Street is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is three storeys high, constructed with a timber frame and covered in stucco, and it includes cellars and attics. The ground floor features two modern wood sash windows with semi-circular heads and decorative spandrels. On the first floor, there are two 19th-century sash windows, while the second floor has two sash windows dating from the 18th to 19th centuries, all set in wood frames. Above the second floor, there is a moulded cornice and two gabled dormers, each containing a sash window. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 7 Oriel Square and Nos 1 to 10 and No 12 Oriel Street.
