No. 8 Dunstan Road is a late 18th century to early 19th century stone building. It stands two storeys high and features three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door topped by a bracketed hood. The roof is covered with slate, and there are red brick stacks.
