Description
38 Holywell Street is a Grade II listed building dating from the 18th to 19th century. It features a narrow three-storey stucco front. The ground floor has a modern sash window with glazing bars and a moulded architrave. On the first floor, there is an 18th or 19th-century sash window, while the second floor has a two-light casement window. The building is topped with a modillioned eaves cornice. The interior has been remodelled, and the north elevation was modernised between 1970 and 1971. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the north side of Holywell Street.
